How do you popularise your finished manga work?

Im currently working on a manga title, however I’m Australian and dont speak Japanese - Is there a specific set of steps I have to take to break into the market? I know its all about advertising, but where do you start when it comes to comics??? Oh and is it possible for a Non-Japanese title to break into Japans manga market (with proper translation through services of course)
